Dora Messiou Of Customer Services went above and beyond to answer my query of not being able to log on to Olympic Holidays from here in Crete on our last day to check in, and find out our pick up times from the Hotel. 4 hours before flight time ????!!!!
You need more like her…treasure her.
- or should I have tried TUI holidays - it really was confusing for me ( and has been from the start). Are we on an Olympic holiday or a TUI one? I have two reference numbers - and was originally told to “ check in “ for
tomorrow’s flight 24 hrs before. So is that 24hrs before the flight or before the pick from the hotel which is four hours earlier? Come on - surely you can do better than this….
