Our outbound and return flight from Crete was cancelled and Joanna’s customer service was first class. She truly went above and beyond for me and my family. TUI should take a leaf out of Joanna’s book when it comes to customer service and communication - an absolute godsend!!

Awful experience, customer care is non existent call backs don’t happen. Took money and then told us our hotel was changed after they knew before we had paid !!! Steer well clear

"New to Olympic Holidays…"

We had not used Olympic Holidays before, or been to Greece, but I have to say I would definitely recommend them, and go back to Kefalonia!
As a family new to this area of the world, it was great to have Les on hand to answer any questions and sort any requests (excursions and car hire). Everything was handled professionally and promptly, so our holiday was just easy, and we loved every moment! Many thanks again, especially to Les.

"Great twin center Greek Island trip"

Had an amazing time in Greece with Olympic holidays.

We booked them as they were virtually the only place that did affordable twin center stays, and we stayed Kefalonia + Zante.

Everything was absolutely brilliant. Great meeting Les on arrival in Kefalonia, lovely hotel, great stay, and seamless transfers (taxi > ferry > minibus) to our next Island. When we ran into a little trouble with our next stay in Zante, Amanda could not have been more helpful. She was a star sorting everything out and made our holiday. 100% recommend.

Very enjoyable holiday at this excellent hotel. We were well supported by Olympic Holidays, thank you, for example with airport transfers, which went very well. The accommodation is very comfortable, nice garden with some shade for those of us who burn easily. Great food. Nice spa, and thank you Depy for relaxing treatments.

"Skiathos,Scopolos,Alonisos"

We had great time in Skopolos and Alonisos
We flew into Skiathos to catch the ferry. There was a little delay to get the ferry, but it gave you time to get some food and have a roam around Skiathos town. All luggage looked after by the Fresh Cafe (very nice).
We had great communication for all of the transport links and the Olympic staff advised and guided as needed. Which was reassuring when Island hopping.
Particular thanks to Yara on Skiathos who had time to talk and was very helpful and knowledgeable.
We will be back!!
The Sparades Island have a great deal of authentic Greek flavour to offer.😁

"Seamless island hopping between Skiathos and Alonissos"

We had a fantastic first time experience with Olympic. Great advice when booking our trip to Skiathos and Alonissos and excellent logistics for the travel between the two islands. The selected accommodation was excellent on both islands. On the ground in resort Yara was a great help with her warm and friendly advice and we had a seamless island hopping experience as a result. Would definitely recommend Olympic Holidays for a well organised holiday in the Greek islands with peace of mind that everything is as described during the booking process.

"Wonderful holiday and helpful rep"

We had a wonderful holiday in Poros in Kefalonia. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and the proprietor very accommodating (we asked for extra pillows and they were happy to oblige!)
Being steps away from the beach was perfect and the water was beautiful.
Les, our rep, was very responsive and extremely helpful. My husband’s phone slipped from his pocket during the transfer and thanks to Les’s help we had it back in 15 minutes.
Highly recommended 🙂
