Quality really does matter with protein, everytime I shell out and buy monkey nutrition products, my recovery, quality of muscle gains skyrockets. Yes it is pricier than other options, but for good reason, every gram if protein is absorbed and utilized by your body. My lifts have increased 20% in about 3 weeks on the Vegan protein blend, and that's just daft improvement.
