Scammer agency especially their staff, booked a flight from KY to MN after taking my money from my credit card 278$ they insisted to pay about 510$ cuz they couldn't book on time I said so why you charged this case and checked the price of flight ... guess what flight rates are same 278$ they are scammers

And they insults customers after they can't scam you

"It’s a scam"

It’s a scam. Pls don’t book tickets from this company. I booked the ticket but was pending they called me and said that I have to pay more because there’s no tickets left for that amount of money. I asked them to refund, they said it’s not refundable. I was literally screaming on my phone, at the end scammer said that money will be back on my account. Horrible experience also they don’t listen they just talk, super frustrating.
