I have booked hotel rooms with easy breaks over many years and have never been let down. Their staff are friendly and caring and will do their best to get you exactly the booking - and room- that you want. No complaints here!!!!

Although it took me a while to work out how to use the reformed site, when I finally got it, Charlotte was very helpful.
I had vouchers to use and couldn't work out how to cash them in.
Bit disappointed to find old easybreak customers now have to pay the admin charge.

I have used easy-breaks for several years now and have never had any occasion to fault their choice of hotels or the manner they conducted business with me. They offer some wonderful locations and provide great value for money.
