"Abissmal service through a poor booking system."
I tried to book a break on line, only to find that after completing the form with payment details, I couldn't finalize. In the bottom right hand corner was a small "help" window which did nothing at all !!!.
So I tried on line chat, but once again nothing happened, !!! and finally telephoned, only to find I was in a long waiting line.!!!.
I waited for about 5 mins, and just gave up, losing interest.
I complained by email, and that evening received a reply asking for my telephone number.
I replied with my number this morning and at last, within 15 minutes someone rang and I could then complete a booking with some efficiency.
Sometimes I wonder if you guys who accept on-line bookings really want the business, or are really interested in customers. Gone are the days of good service. If it's not done on the computer then "That's your bad luck"!!!
