Just had a cracking weekend at the loch long hotel Arrochar ..have to say ..the friendliest staff we have ever had the pleasure of meeting..10/10...Hotel was excellent value for money...food good ..room clean and comfortable..even had entertainment on both night...many thanks...we will be back!

Having used a voucher that we received as a gift ,we booked hotel break ,And we had £14 remaining on voucher, on enquiring we were informed we had to book another break or lose excess,We are hardly going to use this as gift voucher expires in November 2017 . So all in all we are down by £14.00 by using a voucher we had received as a gift . I am sure our daughter will not be happy when she is told.
