I booked a 1 night stay at a very reasonable price, but on checking the confirmation e-mail, I noticed that I'd been charge an extra cost of £12 for a cancellation. Phoned customer services and they agreed to credit this amount. Excellent customer service.

Straightforward booking process by phone.
Hotel staff all friendly and helpful. Good breakfast and dinner.
Bedrooms comfortable and warm but not spacious, bathrooms also best described as compact but plenty hot water for shower.
Quiet location although close to M6 with some lovely woodland walks, and frequent sightings of red squirrels.

I was happy with the deal I got from Easy Breaks except for the fact that I was asked to pay £6 booking fee,which I thought a bit excessive for a 5minute phone call to book.
