only cases i’ve had on my phone since 2019. never once had a screen crack (no screen protector) i am always beyond happy with the purchasing/shipping/wearing process of these cases and the companies customer service. cutest designs in the case world and i feel immediately connected to anyone else with a WF case in public. support family owned companies !

"Very cute cases!"

These cases are very good! Not only are they so cute they protect your phone. I have dropped my phone a couple times without a screen protector and the case has helped my phone have no cracks! They have so many different designs that I love, would definitely buy another!

My wildflower process went very smoothly! They had a lot of case choices for older phone models, like the iPhone 11, and the phone cases last a very long time. Checkout also went very quickly and efficiently!

"Resolved problem"

I used to order cases from a wildflower for a long time almost 5 years. Please, don’t buy from them! This is the last time that I ordered from their website. I placed an order 20 days ago and my package is stuck somewhere and I am not able to find any information. I reached out to them thousands times, call them on the phone. They gave me always the same answers: sorry for delay etc. They said that they shipped package by priority but what kind of priority is this? To wait for a package more than 20 days. This is unprofessional and ridiculous. Especially when you pay for a case 37 dollars and for shipping 20 dollars and more. Don’t buy from them you don’t need this stress.

And this is their reply as you can see down below. We do our best bla bla. No, you don’t. You should send me a package via DHL not any other cheap courier that is why I am waiting for package this long. I hope you gonna understand one day how is it important to treat you customer right! And how much money we spend on your cases and shipping! And you giving us basic response as usual that is not your fault! It is your fault!!!! You are choosing how you gonna send these packages not me!

After all this mess Jackeline from support sent me another package! Thank you! This is how you supposed to handle these kind of situations! Have a nice day!

I had a product defect and reached out to wildflower. They got back to me very quickly and immediately helped with a solution. A replacement is already on the way. They were so kind, helpful, and efficient. This experience made me love this company even more than I already do!

"Worst customer service ever"

The WF emblem of my phone case came off so I reached out to customer service to get the case replaced. They have a policy that you get a new phone case should smth like the WF emblem falling off happen within the first 6 months since receiving it. I was within that time frame but the answer I got from them was "your case exceeds the 6 months, there’s nothing we can do.". After that I send a follow up email with proof that the shipping notification email was send out less than 6 months ago meaning the delivery date was even later and I got ignored. I then send ANOTHER email which also got ignored. To this day I have not received an answer to the several complaints I’ve made. This is scammer behavior on their part. Never again!
