"Plain and simple: Unprofessional"
Plain and simple this is a very unprofessionally ran business. To start, I received an email stating the shipping address was invalid even though there was a Google Maps hyperlink you could be clicked on and literally showed the property. That email was sent from customer service the day after I placed the order. So I sent a email stating the address was correct and I received another email the day after stating they would update address and would send out order. Now this is where the shadiness comes into play. So it’s been over a business week and I have yet to get tracking information on my order. I have contacted customer support 3 times and have I received a response? Nope. Not one email or call. How can I feel this is not suspicious? I am a patient and understanding person and honestly wouldn’t have minded if they stated there was a delay or mistake or any type of update. No response is just unacceptable . I have requested a refund and hope they can redeem themselves and not cause me to pursue this further legally. I will wait and see. To wishful thinking

I love this brand so much! They have the MOST cutest phone cases and they are very good priced for how they work with your phone. They are very protective and just perfect. I really don’t know how else to describe these cases then perfect! The brand owners are so so sweet and I feel very valued as a customer ! Whenever I want/need a new phone case, I come to Wildflower!!! 💗

"I placed an order and never received it"
Update 20.1.2024
After posting my review here, I finally got a response from wildflower stating that the tracking they gave is wrong and they don’t know how it happened. They gave me a new tracking number which only shows that the label was created by them on 16.1.2024 with no collection from FEDEX. They just created a label shipment order. To be honest I don’t know if I will actually receive my package. Will provide updates if I do. Still a horrible experience.

I placed an order 2432337. However, when i click the tracking link it shows that the shipment was cancelled by the sender.
My order is marked as fulfilled even when I never receive anything. Now I paid for the case but never receive any case or refund.
Tried contacting the support email and calling in, but no one responded to my email for a week already and the calls go to voicemail. It is quite concerning.
The livechat does not work. It is a big red flag that I never receive any email confirmation for my purchase, when it is marked fulfilled, and when I filled the online contact form there is no automated message saying they will get back to me asap. Its basically just radio silence.
It just feels like a scam. I feel so helpless since the amount was already charged to my credit card and I don’t seem to have a way to contact anyone from Wildflower about my issue.
This is literally the worst thing that could happen during online shopping.

i ordered some cases a few weeks ago, but one case was missed out in the parcel. emailed wildflower and they got back to me after awhile which was understandable since it was during holiday szn, after the case was reshipped it arrived really quickly! thanks wildflower <3

"We ordered a Fruit Tart Wildflower Case…"
We ordered a Fruit Tart Wildflower Case for an iPhone 14 Pro Max for Christmas for our Granddaughter, not knowing that she needed a 14 Pro case. The website indicated that we only had like 2 weeks to exchange any items from the time of purchase. Due to the early purchase, and the celebration of Christmas didn’t happen until New Years Day, because of blended family issues, the case wasn’t presented until then. That’s when we realized that it was the wrong size. I contacted Wildflower Cases, explained the issue, and they graciously permitted us to return the case for an exchange. All of our communication has been answered immediately and very favorably. I have enjoyed working and coordinating with Wildflower. If ever I need a beautiful case for my phone, I will definitely contact Wildflower!!!
