Purchased a case for my daughter for Christmas she loves the style and to me it seems like good quality. There was a small issue with the extra “bling” in ordered but they took care of it right away. Customer services is very responsive and helpful. Jackelin helped out the situation and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend and order again the future. Thank you!

Great customer service! I had a little issue with the shipping cost, so I reached out to customer service. Not only did they reply to me really fast, but they also waived the shipping cost for me! I highly recommend that you email them if you have any trouble, and I'm sure they'll help you out!

Excellent customer service! Ordered an item by mistake while shopping for multiple items. Immediately got an email thanking me for the purchase and asking me to contact the company if I need help with my recent order. I communicated my mistake and they were right on it. They refunded the amount for the item ordered in error.

I had issues during the Black Friday sale, and reached out to customer service who emailed me back right away and were able to grant me the Black Friday sale discount! Very timely responses and genuine care for customers :) Not to mention that this is my third case from them and they are the best!!

"Bad, Bad, and More Bad"
Bad, bad, bad customer service. I was told that I could send the product back for a refund. I sent it back. I never received a refund. I reached out to them for an update. I received a link to a page that showed me nothing. I told them this, and they never replied.
Of course, owing to the fact that they never formally said that they issued a refund, my credit card company was unable to do anything about getting a refund from them. And finally, they pointed to their refund policy: "If over 15 days have gone by since you've received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange." It used to say 10 days, which is where I got hit: even though the agent said that I can get a refund, USPS was unable to deliver the package back until 14 days after I received the package, which of course trumps what the agent said. Mind you the agent never talked about the 10 day window either, which led me to believe that I would get the refund. I would've been fine now, but of course I wasn't then.
Their refund policy should make it clear that returns need arrive back at their location within X number of days. Not just started within that time, but arrive, be delivered, whatever synonym one wants to use. It's a lousy way to get money from people.
Oh, and their cases aren't of the highest quality.
