"Fast shipping to Europe from US!"

I made a purchase of iphone 14 pro aura case from Wildflower's website on 10 November 2023 (in the evening) despite reading the negative reviews on trustpilot. To my surprise, they shipped out the item on 13 November using fedex and it is delivered to me in Norway on 20 November 2023! Took them only 6 business days to deliver! Quality is as expected from wildflower and i am obsessed!! Will keep on ordering from them! For those in Europe, do not be scared to buy from their website!

"Customer Service Lacking"

These cases are good if you can actually get them delivered to your house. I have been waiting since September (it is now late November) for mine to arrive. I have been emailing customer service to no avail. Very dissapointing customer service. My case is missing in action and they are not willing to assist with a replacmeent or to help me track it down. They ignore emails. Not impressed.

"Nessa Barrett Collaboration"

I bought a Nessa Barrett collaboration, iPhone case from Wildflower Cases a couple weeks ago for my daughter. The case came quickly and is absolutely beautiful, my daughter is over the moon that she was able to find Nessa Barrett merchandise in Canadian pricing. Not to mention the massive selection of trending items with affordable pricing. "it’s been over a month and still…"

it’s been over a month and still haven’t received either of my orders (I placed 2 about 10 days apart). Tracking info doesn’t work and the company doesn’t reply on social media or on their email. The live chart is a joke…it’s all automated responses. I feel like I got scammed which sucks because I’ve had wildflower cases before that I purchased from winners and Amazon, but the website itself needs to get it together.

"bad customer service"

i ordered a case and they sent me the wrong order. i received somebody else’s order and not mine. i contacted them and they initially got back to me in 48 hours but then when i emailed them the photos they asked for, i never got another email back. they haven’t responded in over a week. i think that’s so ridiculous considering it was entirely their mistake. i’m in canada so i spent $70 cad, for a phone case that isn’t the one i ordered and can’t even use as its not for my phone. the shipping is also not great. the tracking links never worked so i was never able to track it. the cases are good and very cute but i’ll definitely never order from them again based off of how they’re treating me even though they are completely at fault. very very poor customer service.

"AWFUL! DONT GET SCAMMED!!!"

AWFUL! I ordered my phone case on September 29th and the expected delivery date was October 6th. The link they sent me was broken, so I had to search it up on UPS’s website. Then when it never arrived, I contacted them. They once again gave me a broken link UPS link. So I once again emailed them. They haven’t responded, and this was two weeks ago. Awful, don’t trust them. Wasted my hard earned money and I am so upset. Luckily I reported them to my bank so I got my money back, but they can’t get away with this. Do not buy from them!!!!
