"Awful customer service!! Don’t reply to you..."
Awful customer service!!! placed an order 3 WEEKS AGO, and emailed them for an update 9 days later after not receiving any shipping emails. I got a reply saying my tracking has been updated, but I opened the link and it says ‘looks like there’s an issue tracking your order. Emailed their customer service again twice and still no response or update on my tracking!! I understand shipping delays but at least update or reply to customers. Looks like the only time they reply is when you leave a review. They’re pretty cases, but they’re too expensive to come with this level of nonsense service and I wish I didn’t purchase from them so I could’ve spent my money supporting another small business for phone cases.

"Potential scammers..."
Please be careful, potential scammers. The payment gateway set me up for a 12-month subscription instead of a single transaction, so theoretically I have to pay for the same thing 12 times. I wrote to them twice with this information, via instagram and e-mail and did not receive any reply. I have screenshots to prove my words and highly don't recommend them.
Iphone case per se is cool.

"I see a lot of bad reviews on the WF…..."
I see a lot of bad reviews on the WF cases, however, I absolutely love them. I ordered 2 for iPhone , shipping to Czechia did not take long at all. I have the case on since last december, NEVER TOOK IT OFF. Like ever. Just switching between the 2 and it’s worth the money. I can recommend it . My phone fell so many times and there was no scratch!

"Absolute SCAM!!!..."
Absolutely worst experience ever. My daughter made he order at 7:39pm and realized it wasn’t for the right phone and I emailed them at 8:13 asking for a refund and got a automatic email back saying it could take up to 3 days to process. Then I get an email 3 days later saying “Sorry, your order already shipped.” What an absolute SCAM!!!

"Do not buy..."
Do not buy! I don’t recommend you buying it. No matter what your lifestyle is or if you don’t use your phone a lot. These wf logo fell off after two months. I barely use my phone and I was always careful with it because it seemed flimsy. You’re better off buying a phone case elsewhere. These cases are expensive and not worth it.

"I am a former employee for this…..."
I am a former employee for this wonderful company so when I finally got a new Iphone, I didn't even hesitate I ordered my own Wf case :). I love the case and the bling that I ordered with it ...but the shipping just sucked. DHL deliverers to USPS and THEN you get actually delivered item, despite DHL posting "item delivered" its very confusing and Im sure that can lead to alot of calls to the main office. Other than that, of course my case is well made, beautiful and super safely packed! Miss all the staff at Wf! Thank you!

"Poor customer service and Sara Preston gaslights you...."
I used to order tons of phone cases from this company and usually don’t have a problem with their products. What was disturbing to me was when I ordered the pink bling camera protector and as soon as I snapped the circles on a jewel fell off. I immediately emailed them and asked for a refund. Instead Sara P wanted a photo which I sent promptly and after taking a look she said I qualify for a replacement. I waited 3 weeks and nothing. I emailed them to ask about it and they insisted they sent it. What’s interesting is that I always receive everything they send me in the mail for years and now all of a sudden this replacement is nowhere to be found. They also now changed their story telling me I’m not qualified for a replacement bc I didn’t get order protection. After I told them I never was told to get order protection for a replacement item they said they have reviewed everything and told me they will ship out another one and sent me the tracking link. When I clicked on the link it was the one for the first replacement I have never received. I point that out and now this automaton is saying the same thing- I didn’t get order protection so they can’t do anything about it. All I wanted was a refund- I contacted them in time for this and they forced me to just accept a replacement that they have never sent! I am never ever buying another product from this company bc of the poor people skills the fact that once you purchase something you’re just a number. It’s funny bc every time I purchase something they thank me and ask me to reach out for any concerns and my request and concern has fallen on deaf ears. I had fun gifting their products to my friends and myself but due to the poor customer service I will move on to other companies such as SkinnyDipLondon.

"Terrible customer service and slow…..."
Terrible customer service and slow shipping. Did not respond to my emails, instead sent copy and paste response. Would not recommend.

"Recent Decline in Quality of Materials..."
I've been buying their cases for years, and the last two cases I've purchased have had their logo fall off in under 3 months of use. I am no longer buying from Wildflower Cases. I contacted them, and they said that they only allow replacements for cases that have issues a month after purchase. For a $30 phone case, I would expect the case to last longer than 30 days. Very disappointed. Will need to find a new company to buy from.

"I want to save you time and money..."
I will give you my honest story here because beware they do email confirmations for reviews before posting them. They reject and delete any kind of negative reviews. Even if you’re just leaving them constructive criticism. My story begins on Instagram when I saw an ad for a cute durable iPhone case with models posing with a cake. The iPhone case was cute and I needed a new one. I went to their website and search “ cake “ I found that they mentioned making this for the iPhone 11. However I wasn’t sure so I thought about it. Then decided it was cute and I wanted to own it. Little did I know that they failed to give you an accurate description of what iPhone 11 they mentioned. Any case that says “ iPhone 11 “ isn’t for the pro or regular it’s for the max pro because Amazon sells these cases with the proper descriptions. So? The shipping was great the phone case was well packaged and was cute and durable but didn’t fit my iPhone 11 Pro. So? I had to return it Sara was pretty cut and dry and to the point not offering any kind of personal or friendly interaction. She got back to me fairly quickly though. I got the return link followed the directions and returned it. It made it to California and now I’m waiting for my refund and I’m on week 2 and Sara said that due to a high volume of returns it takes 2 weeks. A high volume of returns?! What are you doing wrong to get that many returns?! They rejected my review just simply explaining that they needed to be more specific to avoid returns and that’s why I’m here. I just want to help people. Stay away from any company that requires email approval for reviews.
Reply: First off no you don’t. There isn’t anything that mentions on your website that you specifically mention what iPhone 11 you’re talking about. If it clearly said for iPhone 11 Pro Max then I wouldn’t have bought it. If you search and look up the “ sweet cakes “ case it said IPHONE 11. Second you only processed my refund because I gave you 1 star here. That’s the only reason. Thanks anyways I’m forever done with this company.
