"no parcel or refund after emailing back and forth..."
I ordered a case from wildflower cases jan 2023 i'm aware it can take up to 30 business days to receive my order. However, when i didn’t receive it after 30 business days i contacted wildflower through email and was promised a refund on march 3rd.Once again i’m aware it can take 5-7 business days for the refund to transfer to your account, it has now been 12 business days and i haven’t received my parcel or refund. I sent them an email over 72 hours ago and have not received a reply. If i could i’d give 0 stars.

"Terrible waste of time and money..."
I ordered and then waited like always. It never came and the three times i reached out i got nothing back from them. when i did they said that they are canceling it with no refund. they said that it must have gotten lost in the mail even though i paid extra for the protection of my order. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY IT IS NOT WORTH IT

"I ordered two cases..."
I ordered two cases. One I ordered standard shipping and the other air. I didn’t receive either within those time frames. When I emailed they said they both were lost and would give me a full refund due to being outside the timeframe. I never got tracking information for either and I ordered feb 13. I haven’t received the refund yet. Eventually one of my cases were shipped and when i went to ask where my second one is I’ve gotten no response but what seems like automated messages. All I wanted was my cases and I’ve had a terrible time with their customer service and ordering. Order I still haven’t gotten #2077011

"Ignoring my emails..."
I recently ordered a case on January 2 and received an email saying that my package was delivered on the 9th of January. I reported the same day that i haven’t received my order and they kept telling me to reach out to the post office which I did. I sent over 6 emails which they have ignored me and I still haven’t gotten a response from them regarding where my package is. It’s been two months now. And now I have to file a police report for theft. Disgusting brand.

"HORRIFIC customer service..."
I ordered a Valentine’s Day gift for my daughter, a cell phone case, on January 26th. On Feb. 14 she opened it and the case was the wrong size. I emailed them that morning, requesting an exchange for the correct size case. Customer Service replied and told me it was outside of their 15 exchange policy so I could not. I replied and told them I didn’t recall seeing the 15 day exchange policy when I placed the order, or I would have waited a few days, and asked them to make an exception for me. They replied again and said they could not make an exception “so far outside of the 15 days”!! They closed the email with XOXO! I will NEVER again purchase from them. Clueless when it comes to customer service!
