okay so this is part 2 of my review on purchasing wf cases.
between the first review and this second review, there were many email conversations between me and wf.
in the last email to me, customer service said that they understood my frustration in the delay of my shipping and would get in touch with the carrier to resolve my issue. after 3 days, i reached out to them for an update on the carrier issue and they finally told me that "Unfortunately, in reviewing your tracking information, it appears that your order may have been lost in transit from our facility to the DHL distribution center."
this sounded a little sus to me because why did they only inform me of the update AFTER i chased them? this sounded a little too convenient right? if it was truly the case, as a responsible seller, shouldn't they reach out to me FIRST to inform me of the update on the carrier situation?
Many of yall on here (and on twitter) who have purchased cases during the black fri sale (i purchased mine on 21 nov) had the EXACT same experience as me - bought during the black fri sale, it's been WEEKS since our order and our parcel hasn't arrive, tracking update (Shipment in Transit with ePost Global to Processing Center) didn't change since the day we ordered the case, got told that they weren't able to give an estimated ETA as this was out of their hands etc.
this got me thinking: does that mean that all customers who had the EXACT same situation as me could have had their parcels lost in transit and hence had their tracking not update for ages? or were wf just using a convenient excuse for the long wait when i emailed them and just refunded me to avoid further hassle?
anyways, back to my story, they gave me a 10% discount off my purchase and completely refunded me although i bought my cases during the black fri sale. i emailed back asking them to reship me my order again because it was a gift for a friend and i didn't wanna keep her waiting even more. also, its way too expensive to buy the cases at original price (even with the 10% disc they gave me) and it's not right to wait till next black fri sale to rebuy the cases she wanted again. i'm just hoping that they will help me out with my request and reship them without any troubles the second time.
through my experience, i realised that most customers who had issues were international customers. i'm kinda confused why wf shipping is so troublesome when shopee can literally deliver parcels to me without any hassle. for all the INTERNATIONAL customers who bought their cases during the black fri sale and DID get them delivered, could you please update us all when your parcel arrives and the overall shipping time? that would really help everyone whos kinda lost and waiting for their parcels.
ps: to wildflower cases: i genuinely genuinely LOVE your cases and would honestly LOVE to get them from you again and make my own wf collection! i am still thinking of getting cases for myself next black fri (but a little worried that this would repeat itself next year).
PLEASE NOTE: this review is not to embarrass or tarnish your reputation but to give a little insight on my experience buying from yall and hopefully you can improve the buying experience next time. This situation kinda made me very disappointed with the poor customer service and the feeling of uncertainty, aloneness and disappointment is not something that a paying customer should go through.

I just bought the Forget Me Not Floral Case! It is perfect! I love it so much and I get a crazy amount of compliments. It's the prettiest blue. It's my third case from WF and I couldn't be more happier with it!

Okay, I’m gunna be honest here. I used to order from Wildflower Cases MANY MANY times for 4 years. It’s crazy how many cases I own from them. Shipping NEVER took this long. I noticed they changed their shipping to free for other countries, maybe that has something to do with this new random slow shipping ?
I placed an order during their Black Friday sale in November. It’s been over 2 weeks and I still didn’t get an email that my package has shipped. Instead, I had to reach out to customer service myself, only for them to give me a tracking number that hasn’t updated since I ordered.
Before, My orders have always shipped 2-3 days after ordering and I would receive it within a week. WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS COMPANY NOW !😭I love supporting you guys but this just surprises me.

"I’m so frustrated I’ve ordered from…"
I’m so frustrated I’ve ordered from them a bunch of times and shipping never took this long. I ordered my phone case on the 21st of November and the tracking hasn’t updated still. It says « in transit to precessing center ». On top of that the people at customer service keep telling me that it can take 14 days to ship and 3 days to process but it’s been more than 17 days already.

I contacted them because I accidentally scratched off my coupon code and I couldn’t see the code and they were so nice and responded back so quickly with a new code for me to use. Love them and their cases

"Order NOT SHIPPED and POOR customer service!"
My wildflower case reference number is #1931814.
I DO NOT recommend you to order your phone case from this company! I have a couple of orders placed with them and my first order took a while to receive. I ordered my 2nd wildflower case on 19/11/2022 however it hasn’t even been shipped until now! I contacted customer service and was then given a tracking link but nothing was updated and my order remains UNFULFILLED and UNSHIPPED on my account! I emailed them numerous of times more after that however I have only received 2 replies up until now which were the same reply (tracking link). However this isn’t my concern. My concern is where is my order #1931814 and why hasn’t it been sent?! When will it be shipped?! These cases aren’t cheap at all and I even paid for shipping. I would appreciate it if my order can be sent out! 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!

"Stay away from this company if you know what’s good for you"
Very bad customer support. I ordered a phone case on 25th October from Europe. On 31st October, I was emailed by the customer support team apologising that they had a “stock error” in their system and the case is completely out of stock, offering me a refund. On 9th November i got an email that said I have received a refund and to allow 5 business days for it to process. So far so good right? Well... not exactly. On the 18th of November, I contacted customer support once again, just to be told that my refund has been already processed and to contact my bank because they had already “released the funds”. So I did. And my bank told me that the bank that WF uses need to go forward with the necessary processes, and that they have not received any instructions for this. I contacted the WF customer support but this time, no response. So, 42 days later I am left 54€ short and no phone case. To sum up, PLEASE do yourself a favour and DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this money-grabbing company that has 2 employees working on support and doesn’t bother to hire more people to deal with the customers. It goes without saying that I will advise anyone I know to stay away from WF cases.
Edit 09/12/22: I finally got my money back a few days after filing a claim on Better Business Bureau.

"Case Never Arrived"
I ordered a case for my daughter, to be shipped to the UK, and after chasing for weeks (with very poor tracking info that sent me to a generic site, unable to use or enter a code to check independently) was told that the case was lost, and they would resend another one.
Over a month later and still no case, so after chasing numerous times again I was told after 2 months that they've had issues with all international orders and will be issuing a refund.
I sit and wait for the refund, realising that there are many others with the same experience over a number of years.
I'd absolutely avoid.
