"No delivery"

I have bought two cases on 2 Oct, and i havent even received a tracking number. This is unacceptable.

I have given an order number, and they are saying in the reply below that they can’t find the order….. really?

"Poor service"

Poor service. I ordered cases a month ago and still have not received an email that the products have been sent even tho i got a confirmation email saying it would only take 3-5 business days.

"Copy and pasted replies"

Employees clearly copy and paste their replies. I've emailed 3 times asking for clarification on something and they have just replied with the same tracking link over and over. Some personalisation and acknowledgment that they've read and understood your enquiry would be ideal.. and expected.

"No tracking received and no support from customer services"

I ordered two cases on the 6th oct. I have not received a tracking email/link/number.

I have emailed customer services 10 days ago and had no reply. I’ve followed it up with two more emails just chasing a tracking number as it’s been two weeks. Still nothing, no idea if my order has been shipped and can’t get through to anyone from their customer services…. Pretty poor experience.

"Awful costumer service and awful experience overall"

I needed assistance with an order that was taking more than the prediction they have on their website and which status was not being updated for a whole month! When I reached out requesting an update from them, Jacklin replied: “ or all international locations, it can take roughly 18-30 business days for your order to reach you once it has been shipped; this can vary depending on your direct location.

**Please note that all orders require about 1-3 business days for processing before they are shipped. (Please take weekends and holidays into consideration)” ….. she basically copy pasted an A-text they must have or the site information, not answering slightly to my concern and even adding that final note regarding orders processing (which was not even the case, of course the order had already been processed, otherwise I wouldn’t even be speaking about its shipment status)
I replied and, it’s been a week, I haven’t heard back nor has my order arrived. Please note I ordered on august 19th.
This was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had and Jacklin was particularly unprofessional!

"No delivery and awful customer service"

Awful customer service. I placed an order on 3 August, almost 6 weeks ago and still have not received it. I have attempted to contact customer service who just don’t reply to any form of communication. After multiple attempts I finally received a reply.. with a link to the tracking number and that’s it 😡 I am not stupid - I have the tracking number and have been tracking the shipment which is why I know it hasn’t left yet. I have now given up and am requesting a refund - of course no response - Really the worst customer service I have encountered.

"They will not return or exchange a case…"

They will not return or exchange a case that I got the wrong size of, very money hungry and not consumer friendly. Every other site I’ve used didn’t mind a quick exchange or refund for another case. Don’t waste your time or money.

"Hi My 12 year old daughter bought 3…"

Hi My 12 year old daughter bought 3 cases for $100 (without my permission) with my credit card.....I found them under her bed several months later....and when I tried to return them, they quoted "their policy." I explained the circumstances and asked for a good will credit. They continue to send form emails quoting policy and I have been unable to get to a manager. Yes, it was not their fault, but the merchandise is new and could be returned. We won't use them again

"Don’t buy!! Haven’t received the order!"

Never experienced something like this! Ordered a cover 2 months ago and I still haven’t received my order!!!

I tried to contact customer service but they haven’t done anything about it…………it is very worrying considering that they are a brand with more than 800k followers on instagram!!!

I don’t think that I will ever get my money back or receive the case!

"Horrendous cust svc"

Horrendous cust svc. Bought a case for my daughters bday. Accidentally bought the wrong one (bought a 13 instead of an 11). And they WOULD NOT allow me to exchange it, didn’t even want a refund. Money hungry biz with no ethics. Stay away
