"WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THEIR SHIPMENT?!"
I order cases from Wildflower a lot with no problem but I recently had the worst experience ever. I placed an order on October 21st, it shipped out on October 24th but there has been no shipping update since then. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, sent out multiple emails, made several phone calls. I just received an email back, a few days ago :( the girl said she placed my order to be reshipped and I should receive a tracking number within 24-72 hrs. It has now been 5 days and still have not received a tracking number or any updates of shipment. Now I’m trying to contact customer service again :( to figure out the ETA of my reshipment. Overall, this is the worst Wildflower cases experience. I’m very disappointed.
UPDATE: They responded and said my reshipment got lost in transit and they have issued a refund. It literally got lost in transit within 4 days. They didn’t even notify me that it shipped :( I’m so frustrated and disappointed with the company.

"Ordered a case a few weeks ago"
Ordered a case a few weeks ago, paid delivery etc. told it would be dispatched 2-3 days. More like 5 weeks later and that was only after filing a dispute with them via my payment method. Their customer service is honestly awful and it’s no way to run a business. The cases aren’t cheap so you expect at least a half decent experience. When I emailed them I was told they had swapped delivery carriers so had a couple of issues and was told the case would be with me soon, yet no email to say it had dispatched and it still showed as unfulfilled. A week later I emailed again and was just given a copy & paste response. Non of my actual questions had been answered. A few days later I called them to which suddenly her “system was down” and she would call me back. I never received any callback. Another week later I emailed again and was given a fake tracking number and the case still said it was unfulfilled. So I decided to raise a dispute and a couple of days later I was suddenly emailed saying the case was dispatched and I had a different tracking number. Two weeks later it finally arrived. I don’t even want to use their cases anymore bc the whole thing has put a sour taste in my mouth. I have been a loyal customer and have spent a couple thousand dollars with them and this is the way they treat their customers.

"Disappointed"
I ordered 2 cases on oct 12 2022 and a week later I had to contact them to get a tracking number . I got one but my packages hasn’t moved from the facility it’s been a month

"stock error immediately after restock(?) and so refund after"
There was a stock error and i could not get the case i had ordered. I was emailed i would get a refund. almost 3 weeks has gone by and i still have yet to get the refund.

"I ordered my case over 4 weeks ago"
I ordered my case over 4 weeks ago. It’s my second time ordering and it is international shipping. I have still not received my case. I emailed customer support and a girl replied with a tracking link, the link shows that my case that has been shipped has had no movement/no delivery updates since the very first day it was shipped. I asked for support and emailed my concerned and if they could help me. I have sent 4 emails in last 3 weeks and no one has responded. I have also had to direct message them on instagram where I was told the support team would reach out and they haven’t. I’m super disappointed and very shocked by the awful customer experience and the complete disregard for me as a customer. Additionally, I would never order from this company again & I would not waste your money.

"Best cases brand ever!"
I love them soooo much! I have make already like 8 different orders. Right now I have 10 cases from them and I’m waiting for the 11. I usually pay the express shipping and it arrives in 3-5 days after shipping! Really fast actually (I live in Germany). There was an order that I made with normal shipping and it came like 10 days later but I was ok with that.
About quality they feel absolutely protective, and of course they’re super pretty!
Definitely my favorite cases brand. I would always recommend.
(And Aura, strawberry fields and Salem collab in green are my top 3 without doubt).

"Everything`s fine"
Wildflower case fits very well and looks amazing. Delivery was really fast (to Poland). Very high quality. I love it!

"Order never came!"
Iv ordered a case from where previously about a year ago with no worries so I recently purchased another a month and a half ago. They kept telling me my order was shipped and on its way. After going back and forth, 9 emails later they ended up just sending me a refund making me question if my case had even been sent. They said the refund would take 5 business days to process its now been 10 and still no refund has come up in my account.

"Terrible"
I bought a phone case 42 days ago and it still hasn’t left the country. I’ve asked to re-direct the shipping and I get the same generic responses saying it’s delayed “up to 20 days” which has already been. They don’t answer your questions. The one time I did get a proper response they included a tracking number for a different customer. Don’t buy a case if you don’t live in America

"Poor customer service response"
Poor customer service responses they literally give you the bare minimum in terms of response. I ordered weeks ago with express shipping and my tracking hasn’t updated since it shipped and they offer very little explanation. I’ve ordered phone cases from them many times before but clearly service has gone down hill. Wouldn’t purchase from them again
