"money hungry company with despicable customer service"

I rarely write reviews, but their customer service is absolute trash. You won't get a response from them no matter how many "request received" emails you get. Shameful company with zero business ethics/ morals whatsoever, they do whatever they can to grab your money even if it's a problem on their end that they promised to resolve. Oh and the most ridiculous part? They have a rewards system, but it never works, can't deliver what they promise because they'll miss the chance of grabbing every last penny of yours. LOL

"I filed a complaint with the Better…"

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau based on the review I filed in January 2022. The BBB contacted Wildflower Cases on multiple occasions hoping to resolve the issue. The BBB just notified me that they've received NO response from Wildflower Cases. I encourage anyone planning to purchase from this company to check out the complaints filed with the BBB and the online reviews of Wildflower Cases.

"This phone case was a Christmas gift…"

This phone case was a Christmas gift purchased through a link provided by my granddaughter. Because it was a duplicate gift, I requested a refund and got the familiar run-around. Seems no purchase can be returned after 10 days.
Then, the Black Friday and Cyber Monday no return policy. I provided them with my purchase date, which was three days before Black Friday. Then they tell me no returns during a sale, conveniently beginning three days before I made my purchase. After numerous emails, they went silent. They make it so hard for consumers to get a refund, I think the majority of buyers just give up.
I filed a complaint with the California Department of Justice. All the documents to do this can be found online, as well as the Wildflower Case mailing address. Maybe if enough people send complaints, this company and their business practices will be investigated.

"If I could give them 0 stars I would"

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Please do not waste your money buying from this white dominated company. Similarly to what the others have said, they do not respond to any concerns UNTIL your order is shipped and they pull the “too late” card on their customers. Unless you’re in influencer or someone with a following, you’re not getting your money back as they do not care for their customers. If you want a return? You have to pay your own shipping fee and get store credit instead! Literally what a joke. i will not be supporting any of the influencers that partner with this company.

"DO NOT BUY"

I have never worked with a company that has such terrible customer service or return policies. I bought a case for a xmas gift and it did not fit. I emailed the company asking for an exchange, and the response was that they're sorry, but there was nothing they could do because it had been more than 15 days! 15 days...around the holidays!?! I wasn't asking for money back or even credit, just to swap it out for the proper size. What's worse is I later found that they will do a full exchange for 30 days IF purchased through Amazon, but not through their own website??? This is the worst policy I've seen in a long time and although I am a big advocate of shopping small, I will NOT be back. Oh and the case itself was nothing special. Don't waste your time or money.

"100% recommend!!"

i found out about wildflower about a year ago and i just purchased my third case on their website and they are my favorite!! I've accidentally dropped my phone quite a few times and it hasn't ever cracked with these cases. they're super cute too and there are so many cute designs to choose from! definitely recommend these adorable cases especially if you drop your phone a lot ;)

"Buy these cases from Amazon!"

Do not do business with this company. Horrible customer service. Don’t let their xoxo closure fool you. They sent the wrong case and said they don’t accept returns on Black Friday deals. I did not even order on Black Friday and they sent the wrong item. These cases are sold on Amazon, so I suggest you buy from there if you may need to exchange or return.

"I wish I had read these reviews before…"

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from them. They are horrible and their customer service is severely lacking. I bought a case for my daughter and it turns out it’s the wrong size. They claim their is no exchange or return on a Black Friday. I ordered it on a Saturday. So they are wrong. No where on their website or any correspondence did it say final sale. I wouldn’t of ordered a final sale item.
Don’t order from this company. They are not in the business for customer service. And the fact that they sign with a xoxo is so condescending and insulting. They are horrible! These type of companies need to be stopped. Lesson learned for me- is to review comments before purchasing.

"I would give a zero if possible"

I would give a zero if possible. Ordered case in November. Said it shipped the 27th but was waiting for USPS. Wildflower did say they would resend, but have never received or have they answered the 13 emails an d numerous phone messages. You can't speak to a live person. Horrible service and now I'm out $35.00 and product. Anyone have any suggestions how to reach them?

"disappointing shipping & customer service"

i own 2 other wildflower cases (both from amazon) so i decided to get on their website and see if i could find another bc i do like their cases. i found one, ordered it 12/5 and was emailed that it “shipped” 12/8. i checked the tracking and it said just the shipping label had been printed, that it hadn’t left the warehouse. after waiting i decided to email customer service 12/12 to see if there was an issue, still haven’t gotten a reply but an hour after i sent the email they finally shipped it 😐. i won’t get it until 12/20, which is 2 weeks after i ordered it. i doubt i’ll get a reply from customer service either. i would recommend buying one of their cases off amazon so you get it before Jesus comes back.

EDIT 12/15;
i actually received a reply from their customer service and this is verbatim what it says- “as noted on our website it takes 1-3 business days to process orders and shipping can take between 3-7 business days. i checked the tracking and your order has shipped and is due to arrive 12/20.” with those estimates it STILL shouldn’t take 2 weeks to receive something that small. that’s a crappy excuse for bad time management.
