Delivery was a mess, and I had to make many phone calls to my local package shops just to figure out where my package was, and what was going on. That was AFTER I was charged money to call the number provided to be me by Panash. I will not be ordering from them again. However, Panash can be thankful that there are some really friendly local workers in my area.

I love the high quality of your sarees, however, the last black laced saree I received, some of the pearls and stones have already come off it before opening the package, not happy with the last saree.

Clothing quality was great. I wish Panaash had been more transparent about separate shipping of items in the same order. I reached out to the WhatsApp number and it took several days to get a response. As a customer, I would expect much faster customer support in the future.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a custom lehenga set for a wedding that arrived far too small and not in any way made to the measurements I provided. Besides having nothing to wear for a friend's wedding, Panash refused to refund me unless I returned the garment to them in India (which cost me another $100). Now that it's been returned, they simply don't answer my emails requesting the refund they promised. This company is a total scam!!!
