"This is a fake site"

This is a fake site. I believe all the good reviews are fake. I ordered a suit with the stitching. They did not stitch it the way I told them. Moreover the colour was totally different than what they displayed. I was still okay with the color but the stitching was completely of no use. I wrote to them hundreds of time to help me but they their customer service is so terrible. They somehow finally responded after 5 weeks. Then they agreed to refund the amount once I return them the product. I quickly returned them the product which they confirmed that they have received . It has been 2 months now but I still haven't received my refund back. No body is responding to my emails. I have messaged them on Instagram too which they are reading but still not responding. So long story short, they took my money and my clothes and cheated me. Please dont order from this site. They are fake. It's really really pathetic what they did to me. This site should be banned!!!!

Don’t use this site! The customer service response was terrible. I ordered for a wedding one month in advance and received the clothes 2 months after. I ordered a gold top with teal lengha and was sent a white cheap terrible material choli with the teal lengha. And then when you try to contact them they don’t respond.

Beware!!! Very appalling customer service. They take you’re money but do not ship you’re order or notify you of delay. On top of that I requested a refund as still not received my order after over 24 days and no one responds! Do not waste you’re money on this company!

I complained straight away after receiving my product which was a sari. I requested a refund & go no respond at all until today, which is 2 weeks later. The product had burnt roses on the sari & the customised blouse was not customised to the size I requested. They sent me a pathetic email after two weeks saying that they did a thorough check (complete lies) & that they cannot help me at all. How absolutely disgusting - never order from here. They don't even deserve the one star.

Terrible service. Do not order from them. They never shipped my item and never told me why. After 6 weeks of contacting them multiple times I eventually gave up. Never received the item and never heard back from them. Avoid this site.

Worst online store ever!!!! I have been calling all the numbers presented here for literally 100s of times, and dozens of emails. NO RESPONSE. Customer is treated like trash. If your order is time sensitive, DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK AT THIS SITE. They are huge disappointment. I normally do not write negative reviews, but their response pushed me to. They do not know what is the meaning of “customer is VALUABLE to us”. After 26days of continuous calls everyday and not one call picked up, I’m receiving a simple WhatsApp message saying “we regret we cannot fulfil your order due to time constraints”. Hey why don’t you tell me that? Why keep us waiting ? Talk to the customer that will help, not ignoring them. Since I was typing and it took 3 mins to respond, they sent me “we are waiting for your response to proceed “ are you kidding me ?
The review must be negative and BEWARE of these horrible people.

I ordered one lehenga choli from Panash and the product was even more beautiful in real than the images. Apart from some delivery issues; I had a great experience shopping with this portal. Waiting on my second order and hoping that it would also be amazing as the last one.

Bought a lehenga for my wife. There was a delay in a dispatch which left us reeling obviously. The product arrived just in time for her birthday. However, she loved the lehenga which is why we are happy. Please work on your shipping services, everything else was good. staff was polite and kept us informed so I can reconsider.

I had bought 10 outfits from your site, all are tailored finely and fitted good, except those 2 lehengas which not fitted me. I want to refund them, and I am so glad your site has replaced those pieces with my new orders. I must say Panash India have a good collection of ethnic styles.. will buy more soon.
