"Stitching is extremely bad even after…"

Stitching is extremely bad even after giving correct measurements . We contacted the support after 4 days of item delivery and they rejected the complaint and gave explanation that they can resolve issues only within 3 days of delivery of the item. Item reached 3 days after the confirmed delivery date.They will not provide any resolution for the wrong stitching.Do not waste money on the customized item.

"Avoid at all costs"

Avoid at all costs. Ordered a Sherwani and received after more than a month of ordering. And even then the size is wrong.

The worst experience with customer care I ordered 1 outfit for my wife, for some reason I changed my shipping from to India 1 person told me that we will refund the shipping chargers as I have changed the shipping from abroad to India, till now no one is responding or amount did not get refunded

Terrible customer service. Have not received my order despite waiting 5 weeks. No reply to emails or whatsapp messages. No updates at all. Steer clear of these frauds.

"Feels like a fraudulent website"

Feels like a fraudulent website, best avoided. Wife ordered a dress 4 weeks ago and was told it would be shipped in 3-5 days. Followed up after 2 weeks and was told it would be shipped immediately. Have chased up again repeatedly in the past week through email, online form and calling their number but yet to receive a response. The number goes straight to answerphone at all times of day.

They item was incorrect and they dont give refunds or pay for shipping back. They dont even communicate with you to solve concerns

"Beautiful Traditional Outfits"

I had ordered 2 outfits for my little one & 2 outfits for myself from Panash India for a wedding function. The quality of fabric used and the look were absolutely stunning of each and every outfit. To add in, I was very happy as they were prompt on replying and sent my orders as per my request. It was a fabulous experience to shop with Panash India even for my toddler as she was so comfortable with her traditional attire that she wore it without any hassle in the entire function. Thank you for you amazing customer service and beautiful outfits once again #PanashIndia - Love

"Horrible customer service"

Horrible customer service. This vendor does not care about you and your event needs and is only focused on making money. Never order anything if you need it this year shipping can take months and even a year

Terrible company. Mr Rahul ( may be a fake name) responds to all complaints promising them sun and moon . But sends you nothing
They are financing their company with your money.
Did not receive shipment almost ordered 4 months ago, still waiting

"SCAM company- ordered a lehenga in…"

SCAM company- ordered a lehenga in August- was told it would ship within 6 days. They took my money straight away. We are now in October and still haven’t received anything. Shipment says it is still at the hub. Whatsapped the team to question this and they keep lying saying it will come next week. I want a refund. Do NOT order from this company, much better ones on the web.
