I placed an order on 17th may with a dispatch in 15 days but till now I did not receive my order
I tired calling so many times but no answer on what’s app number tried sending emails but no response . The worst customer service I have ever experienced . This is height ya , I paid for gown that too well in advance but still I still begged to deliver it on time but panash remained unresponsive . I’m going to escalate this with my bank .

Worst shopping experience. Order is received half and that too late. Duty charges were levied which was more than the price of product. They will nowhere show you that duty charges could be levied. Terrible customer service. All scripted replies that too after continuous emails. No concern for customers. Customer care no. for US doesnot work. Scam business.

Worst service I have ever experienced. They told me they would send my dress weeks ago and then I get an email that they canceled my order. In the next few days they resend an email saying to ignore their last email. I ended up getting my dress after 2 months which I needed it for a wedding. Once it arrives the color and style is different than everyone elses. Then they want to lie and say it doesn’t always match the photo online. Never got a refund. I will never order from them again!

I was honestly worried after reading all these bad reviews but placed an order anyway since I was in a rush to get clothing for my friend's wedding. They shipped as promised and gave me tracking information eventually. Clothes arrived on time and the quality was really good for the price I paid (my lehenga wasnt very expensive). Looked just like the pictures they posted too. Overall I'm happy! One thing to note - they don't really have a customer service number, you'll have to email them if you have any questions

I underwent tremendous stress and financial loss, as order wasn't delivered as promised. Before placing an order for bridesmaids dresses for a wedding, I inquired regarding delivery timeline for my location via WhatsApp. They were very responsive and prompt in replying. They assured me it would take 13 days to deliver it to me once the order was placed, hence I went ahead and ordered. Few days after the order I messaged them on WhatsApp with my order information, making them aware that the order was time sensitive and it's significance given the occasion but did not get a response. After anxiously waiting and not receiving shipping confirmation or order update past 10 days of the order, I inquired and was told that my order was delayed and they were working on it. However, the days kept passing but order status update notification never came, and they remained unresponsive. I made every possible attempt via WhatsApp, email, phone but could not get a hold of them or get reply. After taking my money, they decided to become unavailable and unresponsive. I ended up with no dresses for the bridesmaids for the wedding, was too late to order from anyone else, stores in the USA don't carry more than one piece of the same item, and I lost my money. I cannot begin to express the stress and hardship they put me through both emotionally and financially.

"Not good deal for ordering outside of…"
Not good deal for ordering outside of India as it will cost ~60% more cost than your purchasing cost. That is for canada custom duties and DHL courier unnecessary extra charges to you even after you paid shipping charges while buying.
Before ordering outside of india, add extra ~60% cost to billing price which is kind of hidden and not known until packet is delivered when u have no option than paying.

"Worst Customer Service"
Panash India is the worst buying experience I ever had. I ordered dresses for the whole family for an event. It was a big order in terms of pound value. They dont meet the timelines of delivery which they mention on site. They delivered only half of the order and that too delayed after followups. The main dress was never shipped even after 25 days of order and eventually I had to cancel as the event has passed and I had to scramble at last minute to search for alternate dress. Most importantly they have the worst customer experience and communication. I kept sending them emails and messages and their response time is so bad that you have to keep waiting for days to get any response that too after sending multiple emails and messages. Their phone number never connects. Also i had to pay the DHL and Fedex duty charges extra at the time of delivery. The only good thing in this experience is that whatever dresses they sent those were fine and fitted fine.
Not recommend till the time they improve their customer experience and meet the delivery timelines. I would never buy from them.

"DO NOT PURCHASE!"
I had chosen to get the Maroon Bell Sleeved Embroidered Front Slit Pant Salwar Suit (Item Code: 2969SL22) dress custom stitched and it was a huge mistake purchasing from this company. When I received it, the fitting was terrible. They made changes to the salwar without bothering to notify me, even though I had explicitly provided my WhatsApp number to consult me on such matters. The zari threads were snagged in multiple places throughout the dress. The stones and sequins were falling off. When I tried calling the US Customer Service number, I got a recorded message that no calls were being taken. I had to email them and asked them for a return and refund. They refused on the grounds that it was custom-stitched. Since they made changes to the salwar according to their discretion, technically I did not receive the product that I had ordered. They refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. It is a huge waste of money and it's going to me cost hundreds of dollars more just to get it altered, more than what the dress is worth. All they offered was to refund the meager amount of custom stitching. I was going to recommend it to my Indian and American friends here but based on this terrible experience, it's not worth putting my friends through their terrible service.
