"Very disappointed in Panash"

Very disappointed in Panash. I am from Mauritius and ordered a lehenga recently but the product is defective. What a waste of time and energy.
I called via watsap and they say its only for pre-sale querries not after sales. Not customer oriented

"Made an order of over £100, charged over £40 extra dhl charge which i wasn’t made aware of when ordering."

Made an order of over £100. Dresses took so long to arrive and had many complications with delivery. Wasn’t made aware of a dhl charge, when i was ordering, which has now come to me many months later. I’ve been charged over £20 dhl charge twice because i ordered two dresses. Overall the worst experience i’ve had with any online store.

Hello Panash Team, My bridal lehenga is even beautful and grand than how it appears on your website. You team has done a fantastic job with stitching, finishing & delivery. My family has now placed a lot of orders with you guys and i'll update my review once we reiceve them.

"Nice clothing but the delivery and…"

Nice clothing but the delivery and customer service needs a LOT of work. I like to dress traditionally now and then and Panashindia is always a bit hit and miss. The clothing is good but the company really needs to work on treating their customers well.

I probably won't return to this store after a few bad experiences, but if they can improve their customer services, maybe I'd reconsider.

"Panashindia make their deliveries only…"

Panashindia make their deliveries only through DHL Express, which means they only pay the shipping costs for DHL Express India. When the package arrives in the destination country, the further DHL Express charges has to be paid by the customer. DHL express will issue the customer a bill for the DHL EXPRESS charge and for the customs.
After writing to Panashindia customer service for getting a refund for the charges from DHL Express- this was the reply: “Hi XXXX,
Hope you are doing well & thank you for contacting us!
We use DHL's express services only. That is why shipment has reached the destination in 2-3 business days.
The charges by DHL is a fixed fee charged for processing the duty cost.
You may contact DHL for clarification regarding these charges.
​Please be assured that we have already paid the transit charges at our end.
For the other outfit in your order, we are forced to cancel due to delay in manufacturing process. We don't have a fixed date of dispatch for this item as yet.
The refund for the sonal chauhan outfit will be available in your Paypal within 24-48 hours.
For any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us. “”

So please inform your customers in the future if you should proceed with the DHL EXPRESS shipping which means your customers are aware of the further costs or the customer prefer to wait longer through the DHL standard shipping way and don’t have to pay for the extra shipping charge.
2 outfits ordered but received only one- the order for the second outfit was cancelled after 34 days( order placed on 13.05.2020 - Order cancelled from Panashindia on the 17.06.2020 because Panashindia realized they won’t be able to deliver the product)
So be careful with this website- it is a waste of time and money!!

"Think twice before order"

To whom it might concern!
I ordered a blue dress almost two months ago and still have not received it. I know the corona crisis made some changes and life is much more difficult specially for those from the border of survival. I support charity, but not like that! People in India are working for less money a month that I feed my dog daily meal. I fight against this! This company is stealing our money in the name of people in need. Shameful! Please think twice while ordering something from them.

"Best palazzo ever"

Smart dress. The cotton is not at all dingy. It is very high quality and though quite simple, it is very elegant looking. Best palazzo suit I have in my wardrobe right now without a doubt.

"Have not received my refund"

I ordered a dress in January 2020, paid for it and all. After weeks Panash customer service emailed me saying there is a defect in the dress so they do not want to send it to me. Gave me two options, either pick another dress or we can refund you. I asked for a refund and gave them my account number. They have still not refunded me for the dress and are not replying yo any of my emails. This is ridiculous! So not happy with the way they are treating me and not even getting back to me. I have been trying to get in touch with them for nearly 2 months now.

"Ordered a lehenga"

Ordered a lehenga. Genuine and absolutely beautiful piece. It was stitched very well and was a perfect fit. It arrived a bit late but the customer service team kept updating me and even delivered it to another country. Thanks.
