"Worktop saver"
Brought one of the worktop savers, I have e had these before and been very pleased with them, however this one the glass is textured resulting in the picture being distorted, the glass has always been smooth in the others so the picture shows clearly - which is exactly what U want with villager jim images. Also I don't think it's going to be very hygienic due to food getting in the ridges. By the time I paid return postage & 10% restocking fee not worth sending back but very disappointed and not something I would recommend others buy

Disgusting customer service. No empathy with the customer. Lied about what was in the description of the item, they updated it to suit them. Trying to make me look foolish!!
Will never purchase from them again.
What should have been a special reminder of my labrador is just cheap & tacky looking.

"Appalling Customer Service "
I ordered a white heart with a Chihuahua on. When it arrived it was pot marked in several places on the front and had a black mark on the back. I advised VJ and was told I could return it, at my own cost, for a replacement which might be the same as they are hand made. I asked if I could return it for a refund and was told, yes but nit only must I pay postage but also 10% would be deducted as it wasn't faulty or damaged. I said it was indeed faulty and damaged but recieved no reply. Absolutely appalling customer service. I left a comment on the Facebook page for these items but ofcourse it has been removed.

I ordered 2 suncatchers for a mother and daughter in memory of their family dog. They live in separate houses. One was beautiful, the other looked like a faded version. After a lot of carry on they advised me to send the faded one back which I did. More than 2 weeks later I hadn't heard from them so got in touch. They couldn't find it but,luckily, I had the PO tracking and forwarded it to them. Today I received another 2 suncatchers, so I now have 2 faded ones and a bright one. I am so disappointed.

Item not received. Emailed to explain only to receive a reply that was most unhelpful, with absolutely no offer of looking into resolving the issue. After re-submitting original & subsequent email(s), the submission of their online content from, still nothing!
Totally unacceptable not to receive the item and the company responsible for arranging delivery to have no interest and no intention of resolving this to my satisfaction.

Ordered 5 ceramic baubles with dogs on as gifts. Took two weeks to arrive and were delivered by Amazon?
They weren't cheap and they were pretty small, not well finished and on the whole very disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend them sadly, not sure what to do with them now as quite frankly I wouldn’t want to give them to anyone.

"All Fine but Expensive for a Small Print"
Quick delivery, but on the expensive side. Recieved one personalized bauble with a dog on it. Rather disappointed in the size of the printed dog, I wouldn't have bought it if I realised it was going to be such a small print. In saying that it is nice enough, no damage or errors.

I am so delighted with my personalised cat silhouette steel heart. Better than I imagined and a comforting tribute to my much loved Bengal cat who I had to say the hardest of goodbyes to a few weeks ago. Would not hesitate to recommend Villager Jim's. Lovely items at reasonable prices. Thanks for helping to mend my broken heart.
