"Excellent assistance in Tony Kealys…"

The help and assistance in Tony Kealys Coolock store is nothing but excellent. We arrived with no idea of what to get with buying a new car we weren't sure what would fit. We were greated by Trish and explained our situation that we rented a car that was going to similar and nothing was too big or too small for her to help with, she gave us all of her time and attention and nothing is ever rushed. She spent 2 hours with us demonstrating and trying every pram in the boot. Even when we changed our mind about the pram brands 5 times. A lovely girl and the love and compassion is clearly evident, especially to myself and my wife. We were shocked that we could walk away with the travel system we wanted on the day,
it was a great reliefto myselfandmy wife. We will be back for the bundle next. I’d recommend anyone to visit Tony Kealys Coolock the staff are excellent 👍

"Excellent customer service"

Excellent customer service. I incorrectly purchased incorrect (and more expensive) item online and only realised upon delivery. I received a response within 7 mins of contacting them where they arranged return (with postage costs covered), shipment of replacement item (received only 2 working days after I first contacted them) and refund of price difference.

"Wonderful service from Daisy in Coolock"

Went into Tony Kealys in Coolock this morning to try and figure out how we could fit three car seats into our five-seater vehicle. Daisy was so incredibly helpful. She even had us pull up the car in front of the shop, put on a raincoat, and came out to try out different configurations for us. Excellent service!

"Today I went to Tony Kealys with my…"

Today I went to Tony Kealys with my husband and had such a bad experience. The staff waited around the counter all four women, not one came over to us to help. I went up to the counter to ask for help and the girl I had could not tell me about the Icandy we were looking at it or any of the types of the buggy’s we were looking at it any detail ! She had zero interest in selling us anything. Then I asked another lady about a changing unit that my friend bought back in August and she told me they never stocked it ? Honestly if it’s your first time having a baby don’t come here as it will disappoint you ! We went on to Bella Baby in Fota retail park after and had the best experience!

"Fast delivery! Happy customer"

I ordered online carrycot for my pram, was sent the same day and delivered to me next day morning (saturday)! I didn't expect so fast delivery because I was waiting for the same product from other company over a month and had to cancel it. I'm highly recommening ordering from Tony Kealys.

"Stay away from Tony Kealys!"

Stay away from Tony Kealys. Had 4 staff tell me the €600 car seat I had paid for was ‘secure but supposed to move when in place’. Straps were not secured by staff and only for my awareness staff were happy for me to drive off with my baby in a car seat that was not fit for purpose and not secure. I’m disgusted - staff chanced another quick sale with complete lack of care for my child. How many child car seats have they sold and fitted that are not secure in the car??? To add insult to injury I was charged ANOTHER €600 euro rather than refunded after the event. A completely off-putting, enraging and worrying experience. Staff are all after the quick sale without regard for child safety. Shower of chancers.

"Have spent 5 hours trying to get to…"

Have spent 5 hours trying to get to speak to someone in Customer service to no avail. No one answers the phone or replies to emails even tried to contact through Instagram. Having to resort to this in the hope someone gets back to me!!

Response to the Bull response below. I sent an email to customer service at 08:26, and followed up with a number of calls that went to answering machine. Left a message and contact info. No response, so I called one of your branches at 09:55 and was told by the nice lady that she would get someone to contact me. A few hours again pass with no contact and continued attempts to contact customer service went by so I called the store again. They then told me that DPD had collected my order 3 days previous and the Issue was with them. (I had contacted DPD, they had yet to get notice to pick up my order). Finally at 15:00 I received an email from Customer Service saying my order will finally be leaving Their warehouse that evening. So when you say "promptly" responded is crap. 9:30 to finally getting a response at 15:00 is five and a half hours!! (16:30 when ye responded on Instagram)

"Ordered a Tripp Trapp high chair"

Ordered a Tripp Trapp high chair, was delivered to the wrong house and the picture as ‘proof of delivery’ shows a black front door, and we have a white one.
They have investigated the case for weeks, and always comes back with the same answer saying the courier is looking into it.
Very disappointing.
