Very happy with the service I received last week off Ian in the Cork store. He couldn’t have been more helpful. I was looking for a new car seat and Ian spent ages trying different seats in my car. You don’t get customer service like this any more so I wanted to leave a review. Ian gave me a quotation and was not pushy at all which was great. I later returned and bought the car seat and I can’t recommend himself and the shop highly enough. He really did everything he possibly could to help me and I’m delighted!

Ordered something on pre-order that ended up taking much longer due to supply challenges with the pandemic. This is reasonable and expected but the lack of communication from Tony Kealys throughout the process was absolutely appalling from start to finish and really unprofessional. I definitely wouldn't go back, as a result as I had much more positive experiences with other baby goods retailers.
