Maria is a very good therapist and very nice person. Pleasure to work with her. She has a great ability to read you and know what's going on inside you. I learnt a lot from the work we did together

I booked on a few of the meditation sessions to get some calm in my stressful life, I really didn't know what to expect. Maria was warm and welcoming and highly knowledgeable, she guided me through each exercise and was able to teach me some strategies to regulate and calm, She even helped me process a few suppressed emotions. She really is a remarkable guide, kind, relaxing, non judgemental the perfect antidote to stress. Five stars all round.

"Beautiful Somatic Meditation"

I enjoyed a beautiful somatic morning meditation with Maria at the end of the year. It was exactly what I needed.
Welcomed so warmly into The Engine Room space where our class was to take place to soothing music,
incense and Maria’s big grin.
It was a perfect energy detoxifying and reenergising way to start my day and end what had been a challenging year for me.

My first experience of Somatic movement was beautiful. Mariah was very welcoming, I felt comfortable and relaxed in her space and presence.

I didn't expect to go as deep as I did, at the end of the session I felt like I had been on a trip, it took me a few moments to come back around.

Maria welcomed everyone individually, and I felt reassured that she would not be judgemental, and trusted her to make the environment safe enough to let myself experience freedom. No "orders," just "invitations" to try a certain way of moving or being. I found the atmosphere harmonious, and could respond to the sound of her voice; it sounded pleasant to me, which is important. I felt fully present and engaged in each of the practices, and went home feeling lighter and happier. I also had the best night's sleep for quite a while!!
