Spirit Dog Training is the real deal. I was a little hesitant to dive into online training, unsure of what I would get or if I would get my money's worth. I've learned so much just in one week about why my dog is reactive, how to better manage her reactivity, and what tools are available for counter-conditioning. Steffi's videos are clear and thorough. I also left a comment with a question and Elise responded within 24 hours with a detailed answer.

In looking for training resources, I was coming up against personal trainers at the $2000+ price point and online training classes at the $300+ price point...Spirit Dog was the right price and very high quality. I'm impressed.

I have a very reactive staffy bull terrier; reactive to both people and animals. This course has equipped me with the knowledge and understanding to truly help my pup. I appreciate how she also teaches the why's without getting too technical. I learned so much and have been using her techniques on my dog as well as a neighbor's dog. I saw improvements almost immediately.

"Tackling Reactivity Training"

We have been working through the Tackling Reactivity program with our 10-month-old Lab. Unfortunately, he missed out on the most important socializing stages as a puppy due to the pandemic and the lockdowns in our area. This program has really helped us learn how to help him overcome his fears and be more successful on his walks and when meeting people and dogs.

I have two reactive dogs and have been working with them using positive reinforcement and counter conditioning with some great face to face trainers and other online courses. Despite having some knowledge already I am finding the Spirit Dog course informative and clear. It has improved my understanding of the reactivity and how the training works and given some good tips that are making our sessions more effective.

I recently adopted a dog from Spain who I was told was good with other dogs. Turns out he is not! After searching online for help I decided to give spirit dog training a go. The lessons seemed so simple I couldn't see how they would help my dog but I was so wrong!! My dog is improving everyday and seems so much happier in himself! So much so that I have now also signed up for the confidence boosting course! the support is fantastic, any questions I have asked have been answered in detail straight away.
