Maybe Don’t call your company “Best Pest Control” if you don’t offer pest control services and are just a random online shop. A very annoying and misleading waste of time.

Order never arrived. No response to email or multiple phone messages. They use an answering service so you can't actually speak to an employee.
Thankfully I ordered via PayPal so was able to obtain a refund from PayPal under the buyer protection scheme.

There has been a complete failure from this company to communicate with me. The call center they use are helpful but can not deal with requests for refunds, so they make notes and pass to the company, who never return my call or emails. I have not received an item ordered on the 31 st March 2023. Which is currently 11 weeks ago. They need to sort out their customers communications.

I recommend avoiding this company. As of the 5th March I await a refund for an item returned on the 19th January ordered at the beginning of that month. The order valued £169.99 was paid in full and acknowleged on 03/01/18 however no delivery tracking number was ever sent. I admit this was remiss of me on my part not to notice this matter.
My complaint about this company is their failure to communicate with me to sort out this problem. I have rang on numerous occasions (at least 5) I have e mailed the company on numerous occasions. Neither produced any result. The company appears to employ the serivces of a 3rd party answering service who promise to send messages for them to contact me. This does not happen.
As the item was returned by me it has proved impossible to locate it. Unless Best Pest Control Co operate there is no way I can make any further progress. Their initial failure to provide a tracking number is at the heart of my problem. I find myself in the position of having no other option than to wtite this negative report.

Telephone never answered, emails not responded to. The amount involved is not worth bothering about - £12 - but this is service at its worse.
There are other companies selling similar products - shop around.

"Nightmare to deal with; shoddy businessman"
I placed my order on 4 January. Received a partial delivery on 24 January, with no invoice or explanation. Phoned the owner on 27 January; he did not explain his omission and said he would send the remaining goods that afternoon. He never did.
In total, I sent eight emails and left four voicemails and phoned about two dozen times. Apart from that one phone call mentioned above, the owner did not answer or respond to anything, in spite of his claims of "personal touch, just phone and talk to a human being" on the BPC website.
I filed a chargeback with my credit card company for the goods I had never received. However, since the owner had sent the first batch of goods out of the blue without bothering to respond to any of my attempts to contact him, I had no idea whether he would once again send my goods without notice and then demand payment, so I continued trying to get in touch. The only way I was able to reach him was when I found his new employer on his LinkedIn page and emailed their general address, asking them to pass on my message. This was the only time he returned any of my messages. He was clearly quite peeved that I had done this, but he never bothered to explain why he had failed to answer any other email I'd ever sent him. Certainly he didn't offer any sort of apology.
It turns out that the owner was such a shoddy business owner that he completely ignored the fact that Paypal alerted him to my chargeback in early February. Had he done so, he might have been able to send me my goods and everything would have been okay for both of us. However, by the time he looked into it, Paypal had long since taken back *all* of the money I had paid - in other words, he lost the money for the goods he had already sent me. Paypal also charged him an extra £14 fee on top of that.
He demanded that I return the money for the goods he had already shipped to me - however, my chargeback was only for the goods he had not sent me. I was only refunded that amount by my credit card company. I have no idea what happened to the rest of the amount that Paypal took back from him. It certainly didn't come back to me.
He clearly thought I was lying about this. He then attempted to convince me that he would send me the rest of the goods if I paid for them with a credit card. However, he had lied to me so many times that it was obvious he would simply pocket any further money I sent, so I ignored him.
I have no sympathy for someone who claims to be running a business but who ignores emails from his customers and his payment gateway provider over a period of months, and then tells extra lies on top of that. I think his losing all of the money I sent him and being charged a fee on top of it was karma for shoddy business practices. I would like to think it made him pay more attention to his customers, but based on other reviews it is clear this is not the case.
