Each piece tells a story, and I ended up buying a gorgeous pottery mug that my friend just loved. If I could give this site 0 stars I would. Ordered a gift for anniversary on Sunday Oct 13th. paid extra for expedited shipping. On Monday Oct 14th showed order was recieved. Was supposed to be 3-5 days expediated shipping. It is now Oct 24th 2 weeks later and it still has not been delivered. It only shows as in Shipping. Filed a claim because I added the insurance and the product cost $28 plus expediate shipping, insurance, and taxes for a total of a little over $50. They are only wanting to refund me $5. Run do not use this site run.

The customer service was great...extremely polite & respectful & did meet every need requested. Literally! The product was perfect,exactly what I needed & wanted. I needed a medical alert bracelet that opened, so others could see my current Dr & medications. It was also engraved with my name & medical condition. I even showed it at my doctor appointment! It's perfect and they're great!
