Guys at first they seems a pretty good store but I really hate them now after everything what happend. Around 3 months ago I bought 23 pokemon packs, only 22 has arrived, I don't know if they misscounted or this is the way they do to get some extra profit. But alright, they refunded me that 1 missing pack, however, I also payed import tax on that one pack, each pak was around 5/4 pound and imports were 2 pounds for me, they refunded the pack but I ended up losing still cuz of imports, cuz I payed the 23 pack imports not 22. But whatever, this was the first problem. Now I bought a couple of hidden fates tins wich have energy packs inside instead of legit hidden fates sealed packs! And guess what? In the first days they were responding me and asking for photos and so on, I provided photos and asked for a refund becuase that wasnt the right item ! Inside each tin it's supposed to be 4 hidden fates packs and not an energy pack that is worth 10 cents. But the most interesting part is that now they don't respond me. For 3 days now no one emailed me once I sent the pictures of the tins. Crazy right? And Guys I ain't some random dude just trying to damage their brand, I bought multiple times from Chaos cards, I am a gold member and I spend overall almost 1000 pounds acrooss all my orders. Is it so hard to refund 4 tins for the damaged/missliding items you sent me CHAOS CARDS?? Even when I spent like 10 times more with you overall?
