"Precise, quality, reliable."

Started using Chaos Cards around April this year and spent a small fortune over the months that followed.

Every order has been fulfilled in full and all on time, except one order (of about 30 orders), which was next day delivery, got held up by Royal Mail and I was compensated for this.

I appreciate the precision, quality and responses whenever I have contacted them.

I've bought stuff from their 'damaged' section multiple times, cheaper prices and usually not as badly damaged as stated, a very happy customer indeed.

Chaos Cards saved me with a super fast delivery after another retailer let me down. I got a dispatch email with Royal Mail tracking first thing the next morning the evening after ordering and the item came the following day, well packaged.

"Brilliant experience"

Brilliant experience, Chaos’s cards was recommended by a friend of mine. They had the card game I was looking for in stock for much better price than anywhere else. The delivery was so swift, I was very impressed, they went above and beyond with updates as well. I am very impressed with my experience and will make sure I order again from them next time I’m after a card/board game!

"I have shopped with chaos cards for…"

I have shopped with chaos cards for years and they have really gone downhill. They sent me a damaged booster box (unsealed corner) which was a gift for my daughters collection and when I contacted them I was told by “Charlotte” that they would offer me £6 compensation. I think anyone would be offended! Being a gold member means nothing because they don’t care for us customers but they do care for our money!!! Charlotte told me that booster boxes are not “manufactured” to be kept sealed so therefore if you’re a sealed collector do not buy from here. Pathetic excuse! The customer service is non existent and I won’t be shopping here again. They said return it at no cost to me but my time is money, we shouldn’t have to package/print of labels and post it off when THEY are the ones at fault but that was the attitude from Charlotte! The last few orders have been damaged and with no protection/padding (just a piece of paper) This is my genuine experience and I have the emails to prove it. It’s not worth the risk shopping here anymore! I’ve had these reviews taken down so I think the honest reviews should be kept up to let people know what to expect if things go wrong. This is a company that doesn’t value its customers. I never took the £6 but I do have a feeling they are going to need it with the way they do business and treat their customers.

I’m never let down by Chaos Cards. Their prices, delivery time, and customer service is all outstanding. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

"Chaos cards customer service. "

They were amazing, good prices, quick delivery!. But then I had to deal with their customer service, specifically one person. They sent me the wrong cards which were bought as a surprise present for someone, they opened them on their own thinking it was just the present we bought them had no idea themselves that it was the wrong order, long story short I email them just to let them know, not yo complain or ask for any compensation, for them to turn around and basically say I did it intentionally and that from now on there is a note on my acc about how my orders need to be double checked.... so I email you to let you know that you messed up... now I'm a thief? OK, great customer service and common sense. If it were intentional..... WHY WOULD I EMAIL YOU. So not only bad customer service but no brain either.

UPDATE.
They actually got in contact about the situation and apologised for any wrong doing on theor part and even gave compensation! Which I was very surprised about, but very happy about. They went above and beyond to rectify the situation.

So the review has been updated to reflect my experience.
