The high street store isn't what it used to be - I enjoyed visiting and browsing the myriad of games on the shelves but in-store stock is now drastically less than before.

The web store, however, is great; easy to navigate and find the products I'm looking for, stock status is visible, and the postage rates are fair. The only niggle I have is that sometimes it takes a while to despatch an order for an item that's in stock, but this is quite rare.

"Resealed packs"

I bought a VOW gift bundle, when I received it I found all packs were opened and resealed poorly using glue. Then I contacted them and their attitude is like selling a resealed box without any apologies and trying to cover it up with quality issues, really disappointed.

I have always ordered online, every delivery has been fast and accurate. No problems at all. Membership rewards are great also.

I've built a pretty solid card collection using Chaoscards. All products legit and well prices/ Packaging is good too when it's sent. Recent Chilling Reign Booster boxes were in great condition. Will use again.

I have purchased from Chaos Cards before, but recently made another purchase. I am always impressed with how quickly the items are dispatched, and how quickly I receive them. They have a massive collection online, and the Yu-Gi-Oh items are excellent value compared to some of their competitors.

"DUNE Boxes Missing cards?"

Bought some Boxes of Duellist Nexus, Arrived today fine and packaging looked ok, out of 2 boxes i only pulled 1 secret and 4 ultras, I'm not sure if this is the pull ratio from 2 boxes? but it seemed weird and feels like i was missing cards, i should of paid more attention to the Konami official wrapping, he looked resealed after we looked into this. Will not order from this company ever again.
