AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST!
I purchased a inground trampoline from this company and paid for the installation cost. After 2 weeks of waiting for the installation person to come, 1 person didn't turn up, another person came and said he cannot do the job because I need to dug a hole on the ground. As the first time buyer, I never know nor have been advised to dug a hold prior to the installation. I was waiting and waiting until I fed up and decided to ask for the return and ask for my money back. The company responsed me with a ruthless email that they CANNOT HELP ANYTHING because I didn't dug a hole and I have passed my 14 days return period. This company is ridiculous to work with. Extremely terrible customer service! They definitely have no respect or sympathy for their customers so please go elsewhere to buy your trampoline.

"Bad experience overall"

I have had such a bad experience buying from this place. I spent a lot of money buying a trampoline for my children and feel like I have been misled numerous times by this company. At no point in the purchasing of the trampoline was I told that the cover for the trampoline wouldn't be available for nearly 2 months after my purchase or that even though they can deliver the trampoline parts in record time, the installation which they charge you £180 for cannot be completed until weeks after your purchase. When you mention this to them, they then try to charge a premium for an 'express service' on top of what has already been paid. I had to keep chasing them for a date and installation without them proactively contacting me to let me know what was going on. Thankfully the installation provider they use were very professional and far more helpful.

The installation eventually went ahead very smoothly but the tie down kit was wrong dimensions so when I flagged this to them, they suggested I was wrong even though their installers said it was wrong. After many back and forth, they eventually accepted they were in the wrong and sent a new tie down kit in right dimensions. Same thing for the trampoline cover, instead of admitting they are at fault for not being transparent on their website they try and put the blame on you and offer you a refund instead of actually fulfilling the order/service.

So for the price I paid overall for this, I would expect a far better customer experience from this company and I would be nervous recommending them to any friends looking for a trampoline in the future.

I ordered a trampoline for my child, never having owned one I was a little reticent to order online. I had no cause to be, fantastic, helpful, friendly advice and good old fashioned customer service throughout. Great comms, swift delivery and build...one happy parent, one ecstatically happy young boy. Many thanks

"Health check ripoff"

I bought a trampoline from madfun a couple of years ago and was sent an email this year saying I should have a health check. Being as the trampoline had started squeaking quite badly I paid the £69.99 to have it done. Two people from Kent Flapack, the company who was doing the check, arrived and left within 10 minutes after presenting me with a spring that had come loose and saying they would send a report to madfun and not to use the trampoline. Nothing was done to address the squeaking, or anything else that I could see. After a couple of weeks I contacted madfun as I hadn’t heard anything and was told it was an oversight and I would be contacted. That was more than a month ago and I still haven’t heard anything. In the meantime we have had the spring reattached so my grandson could use it but the squeaking is still terrible. I have no idea what I paid £70 for. Never again!
