I bought a bath lift from these and within 2 weeks notified that belt failed to stop when reached top of bath. I sent video evidence I was advised to return for testing but they could not replicate the fault so said that would return the faulty one or if I wanted a replacement I had to pay £50 to cover the cost of the belt and sleeve that I had used. I did not want the faulty one back so paid £50 for replacement. Which works correctly. This was only few weeks old and cost almost £1000 was bought on the premise guaranteed for 1 year. I feel if I had bought anywhere else I would not have been charged to replace the unit

Fantastic to deal with! Couldn't have been more helpful. I'd been having some issues ordering online so had to ring them - as I'd lost my voice, that was a challenge for them. I received my body dryer, when promised. It's been installed & works perfectly. (Electricians took packaging (including the VAT form for me to revlaim VAT - a copy is being sent out to me though). Very happy customer.

We only wanted a replacement battery for my relaxa bath strap, which I rely on due to my disability. They sent us out two different batteries which unfortunately didn't work. Following that, they asked if we could send the relaxa bath to them and they were able to fully repair it. After doing all of this and sorting the issue for us, they refused to take payment and advied it was free of charge. One of the best companies I have had the pleasure of dealing with and I would fully recommend them to anyone.
