I ordered two belts. When I received them, they were exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately, one of the belts did not fit so I had to exchange it. The exchange instructions were clear and I was promply notified that the returned belt was received and the replacement sent out. This is the second time I've meade purchases from Orion Leather. The belts I got were fine quality genuine leather and were reasonably priced. I expect them to be in use for many years to come.

It's a little early to be sure but the service and the belt itself seem terrific. I have only had the belt 2 weeks but I can tell this is a beauty! The service is professional and friendly - No sooner had I ordered the belt than I decided I had ordered it too large. I called in a panic and changing the size was a snap. Highly recommend - have asked for a black belt for Christmas!

"Best Leather Belt I own"
Have been looking for a good all around belt that goes with anything and I have found it. The quality is better than average and the weave in color is a great looking belt.

"Great product, poor customer service"
I purchased a belt in July and was very happy to see a well made product made in the USA. I have been exercising and watching what I am eating and have lost a significant amount of weight. Enough so that I needed to remove at least four inches from the belt. In September, I needed a black belt and ordered one online. I spoke with the customer service and was told I would be able to send the other belt back for resizing, which I did and I was able to have both belts returned to me for the same shipping that I was paying for the new one. When I got the product both belts were now to the correct size, however the resized belt the second nickel button snap was not completely seated on the leather of the belt. I wrote an email to ask why and I have not received any correspondence from the company. It is now 13 days since I have heard anything from the company, I am receiving sales promotion emails from them.

Well made leather belt that takes a few days to make and was delivered on time. I heard good things about the company but am waiting to see how the belt lasts 2+ years from now. So far so good.
