Unfortunately, Robyn. You keep saying the belt was the correct size. Why then, when we ordered 2 belts the same size..one fit and the other was 5 inches off. That just makes no sense. And no I did not forget to post the other emails. The issue came when you seemed to ignore my emails and then I found so many other people struggling with the same issues on this site. This is when alarm set in.
The sad truth is you guys have an alarming religion online. I simply missed it before I ordered.

UPDATE: They finally did refund the money on the belts returned--not shipping of almost $15 though. Still will never do business or recommend them to anyone.

This place should be shut down!! I purchased two belts--the same size. One fit and the other was over 5" from fitting. They sent another belt and it was still 5" from fitting. In the email I have pasted, they agreed that if I sent back the 2 belts they would refund my money BUT after I spent almost $15 returning the belts (they do not pay for return shipping--even when it is their fault) they then are no longer responsive to emails and there is no way to call them. They now have the belts and have not refunded my money. VERY UNETHICAL AND DECEITFUL COMPANY--DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AND TAKE HEED TO ALL THE REVIEWS THAT SAY THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU THE PRODUCT OR GIVE YOU A REFUND--THEY ARE THIEVES.By the way this sight would not allow their email address to be included infoatorionleathercompany

My order took just over a month, which wasn’t clearly communicated on the site. They were a bit slow to respond to email, but did get back to me about my order status.
The quality is outstanding and I can’t recommend them enough. Just be aware that everything is made to order and it’s probably going to take some time to get it.

It looks like I will have to put in a claim through PayPal. I ordered a belt over two weeks ago and never received any email confirmation of my order or shipping date. And they have not responded to my attempts to contact them. It really seems like they have gone out of business.

Belt was charged to my CC on 1/21/19 four weeks before shipping.
Very slow to ship. Took a full 4 weeks. Received 2/22/19.
Otherwise product received as ordered and satisfactory.

I bought a belt and exchanged the size - paid the shipping costs back, put the form in, all well within 30 days. Over 1 and a half months later - no response. They GHOSTED me.
No refunds, no contact, no belt. They literally took my money and just ignored the customer.
Stay far away from this company. Terrible PEOPLE. I am disputing with both my bank and paypal to get my money back, and will forever be saying bad things and WARNING people of this company. Every other review you see here about no response is EXACTLY what you are going to get.

"Stay Away from this Company - Customer Service is non-existent"
My son ordered a new belt for me shortly after Thanksgiving and I received it from him, as a gift, on Christmas. It was too big, so I took his order information, filled out their Returns Form, and mailed it back to them 31 days after the order date. I noted that they don't accept returns on worn items or 30 days after the "purchase date" and wanted a $5.50 reshipping fee for the return. I included a check for the $5.50 and figured, if they were real sticklers for the 30 day after order rule, they wouldn't cash the check. They cashed the check about 3 weeks after I shipped the belt back to them. In the meantime, I've tried contacting them multiple times via e-mails and calls (you can't leave a message as their mailbox is full) to find out when to expect the replacement belt. I suspect these guys have folded or are taking a long winter vacation. My advice is to stay away.
