Belt is good quality, but shipping was really slow. Took over 3 weeks to receive product.

19 days and no belt. No customer service. Calls to the two available telephone Nos. go to voicemail - which are full, wondering if Orion Leather is a scam. Ripped-off.

I ordered a belt for my brother as a Christmas gift. The belt itself is great! I think he'll really like it. It did arrive 8 days after the estimated arrival date though, although I'm not sure if this was a result from to Orion or USPS.

The belt I ordered was too small, and in order to exchange for a new size I had to pay the cost of shipping back and forth. In the age of Amazon this is a terrible policy, since shipping is usually free and I will pay shipping to, from, and to me again just to get the product I thought I was getting initially. Nice product, though, from what I can tell.
