I was allocated an instructor within the specified period in the terms.
My instructor, (Chris Arnett) took his time to adapt a style that suited my learning. He was very calm and encouraging, even while I was making mistakes during the lessons. I am so glad to have had him allocated to me This must have contributed to me passing the test the first attempt.
I had a great experience.

"Appalling inappropriate behaviour from driving instructor "

I am absolutely appalled by the driving instructor I was assigned. I had no choice but to cut my first lesson very short and flee the instructors car asap due to extremely inappropriate behaviour. He made multiple innuendos including the suggestion of ‘bouncing on his lap when driving’ telling me to ‘grab the steering wheel like he would grab my love handles’ he also started smirking and licking his lips when I was using the gear stick which all left me in shock and discomfort. In all honesty I have never experienced something so vile in my 29yrs. I am hugely disappointed and have started the process to make a formal complaint about this unnerving experience.

I would just like to add that this horrendous experience has nothing to do with the actual company Pass me Fast. I cannot fault any of the staff I spoke with from the get go. This includes Chris from the sales team, he was helpful (full of advice), chatty and friendly. Then to a different Chris from customer service who listened to my complaint, he took it very seriously and gave his deepest apologies. Then right up to speaking with Kelsey who is the manager of customer service. She has also taken the situation very seriously and has made it clear with sincere apologies that they as a company do not tolerate that behaviour and will no longer continue working with that instructor.
Pass me fast have dealt with this incredibly well, they have shown compassion and have offered a full refund which I truly appreciate. It’s a shame this has happened, I can only thank them for their support and understanding. Thankyou
