"What customer service?"
The laziest customer service I have ever encountered. I have been waiting since august for my equipment which has arrived in 3 seperate shipments so far and I am still waiting on 1 item. Every time I call and ask about it I get told by Ben that someone will call me back within the hour - 4th time and still nothing. The item I am waiting for is in stock on their website yet I have to constantly be on their case about sending it out to me.
The equipment is good once you actually get to use it but don’t bother if you want a pleasant customer experience.

I had a decent experience with Habitual Equipment. I ordered the "BAR & BUMPERS PACKAGE 100KG BLACK" and "4X BLACK RUBBER FLOORING," on the 3rd of September. The team was very helpful and generous in offering me a discount code when I reached out to them privately. At the time, my stuff was predicted to be delivered mid October. I had an unpleasant experience throughout October as I was told that my items weren't available and that they couldn't provide any further information. I followed up once every week to see how things were tracking and they would inform me that it'll be ready by the next week. This happened for three weeks which was quite unprofessional. Eventually, a team member called me and organised different items that were available so that I could receive it sooner. I appreciate their generosity in upgrading my equipment to the COLOURED set free of charge. I finally received my equipment early November. All the items were great, very high quality. I enjoy them very much. I was just quite disappointed that I received everything completely different from my original order.

This was my third order with Habitual, as I equip my home gym. I supplemented my weights with some extra plates. Extremely fast dispatch and delivery and great communication. I’ve had the items for just under 24hrs and have trained with them once in that time - excellent so far!

I understand covid has effected a lot of shipping. But to finally have all my equipment it nearly took 3 months to all be delivered. But on a positive my emails were always replied to very quickly.
