Great product the only reason for not providing 5 stars is the delivery and delay issues. From talking to others with the same product these supply issues pre-date those experienced due to COVID-19.
Love the product no complaints there but it did take 3-4 months to arrive.
Highly recommend the product if the above issues can be resolved!

Amazing service! Was kept up to date the entire time about the ETA of my order. Ended up buying additional equipment as i was so impressed with the communication through such challenging times! I received my goods in immaculate condition and within the time frames that were communicated. The courier service also used is wonderful! You will never regret buying from Habitual, they are my first choice for gym equipment!

Not enough bolts supplied with the half rack. Also the couriers that were used were not reliable with delivery and kept changing their arrival times.

Great website easy to use and awesome products.
Very poor time on the delivery of equipment, I waited 3 almost 4 months until I received my equipment. By the time I have now received all gyms are back up and running and I do not need my equipment anymore. I purchased dumbells from another company and received them within 3 day of the purchase.
I understand the high demand but I don’t understand how I can purchase elsewhere and receive items just 3 days later when I waited 3 months for my purchase with you.
Very poor.

Order was delayed twice and parts were missing from the order. No compensation for late order, not even a sorry and a freebie. Pretty annoyed was a let down. 😞
Apart from the negatives the equipment itself is great.

High quality equipment which was delivered within days of ordering. From memory, a customer service rep reached out too, to ensure everything arrived. A great purchasing experience, unlike other gym equipment sites which advertised products as being in stock at time of purchase, yet I had to wait two months in some cases for the items to arrive.
