The customer service of Plant Drop was super. I made a mistake with my order and was near to panicking but on ringing the service telephone no. was reassured that it would be no problem at all to put things right and sent me a confirmation email after our conversation.
When a problem occurred with my order( size wasn’t quite right ) I was offered several alternatives some of which where more expensive but for the same price ,or a price reduction on the original order……I call that excellent service. Well done.
