I am incredibly impressed with the customer service and quality of Plant Drop. I ordered two large plants from them and when it came time for them to deliver them, I was called a few days beforehand because the plants they had in the shop weren't quite up to standard and they wanted to ask if I would be willing to wait for the next shipment (a few days later). They offered to bring me temporary plants if I was having an event (which I declined as I wasn't) and was quite happy to wait for better plants!

When they came a few days later than my original delivery date, I was delighted with the quality!! They're beautiful and look exactly like what I was expecting. They're planted perfectly and everyone was so kind.

There was a slight delay on the delivery date. The plant did then turn up as promised on the new delivery date. Driver / delivery guy was good but we weren't given any instructions he said that they were on the plant pot or on the website. There wasn't any instructions on the plant pot.
