I have a Slimbook Titan as my main computer for about one year (I'm a Software Engineer) and recently I had an issue with the LCD screen. After a couple of interactions by email with a very supportive support team, we couldn't solve the issue and Slimbook pickup my computer to replace it, cost free, it took less than a week to have the computer in my hands again. Overall it was an excelent experience.

I have bought a Slimbook KDE (Ryzen 4800 CPU) some years ago and over time, due to self inflicted damage, had to replace some parts.
Not only is the Laptop an amazing piece of work, but the best overall is the very fast, personal and friendly support you get from their team. It takes barely 15 minutes to have an answer with a solution. And they try to fix it without for you to have to buy expensive replacement parts.
This is actually how it is supposed to be. Kudos guys! Thanks again for your help!

Potser, ja que estan a València, podrien incorporar el català, o valencià, en l'atenció als clients i en la seua pàgina web. També he de dir que cap problema en la comunicació, sempre molt correcte i assertiva.
