"Not viable to deal with anymore"

It was a very good company. I had 4 loans with them all paid to date and now they tell me my affordability isn't up to their standard for just one loan? My circumstances and credit score have gone up since having 4 loans with them so make of it what you will.... However proceed with caution.

Per Payl8r reply - I have no idea how payl8r do their affordability checks. My income has risen and my expenditure is down...Anyway I won't be using them again.

I must say the staff at payl8r are very polite and professional people my experience with this company has been first rate they will listen to what you have to say to them and they will help you in anyway they can if you ever need anything just give them a call.i would recommend this company one hundred percent absolutely amazing people first rate it's five stars from that's for sure

There should be an on-line payment system, so customers can make debut card payments, and/or pay off the loan early! It's the way of the times with On-line banking and debit payments. It would make the customers experience more satisfying.

Only reason the company got 4 stars is the high interest rate other than that the customer service is top tier. And very helpful! Hilary subi helped me!
