Best thing I ever owned! One day I stubbed my toe and fell in my yard. Within seconds I had a call that a fall had been detected and the medic office had been informed of my fall, but if I wanted to cancel, just press the white button, which I did. I was not hurt, only being clumsy. It was nice to know somebody out there was "looking out for me." Gives me a real feeling of security.

At 79, and not comfortable with technological devices, it was with trepidation that I decided to try setting up my mobile call gadget. "Knowing" I couldn't succeed without additional help, I followed the guide provided with it and quite unbelievably managed to activate this marvelous equipment.
The patient man assigned to help, and who was working with me to set up and test the system, had a calm demeanor, which allowed me to believe I could actually do it without someone sitting right next to me. Wonderful PR gentleman who gave me confidence!

Great products and service people are helpful and available. My only real problem is the Lively lanyard connection is plastic and breaks easily. Also, part of the problem is it is hard to put back on. I still can use it in my pocket or in the wrist band but the lanyard makes it more accessible.
