"Damaged shower & Poor customer service"
Bought a shower with next day delivery. When it came to install it workmen found deep scratches where packaging had been cut around tub shape (that’s not their fault it’s the manufacturer!) Called up straight away explained situation and that if I can’t get a replacement ASAP then i lose my workmen for weeks, don’t have a bathroom and have to continue to pay to live elsewhere. Was advised by “customer service” that it was Friday afternoon and couriers don’t work on weekends (not sure couriers know they don’t!) so I shouldn’t expect it to be sorted until next week but I should send photos. Sent photos. Called up (unfortunately same person!) he couldn’t pass me to relevant department couldn’t tell me the turnaround for resolution.
I’ll be the first to commend them for a quick resolution and update reviews to say so, but their customer service rep is shocking. No apology for damaged item, no “let’s see what can be done to sort the problem” and you def don’t tell your customers that it’s Friday afternoon so not going to sort the problem.

"Broken sink that won’t be refunded or replaced from Royal bathrooms"
I purchased numerous items from royal bathrooms including a broken sink I started work on my bathroom over the lockdown 2.0. So didn’t realise that the sink was broken straightaway until we attempted to take it out of the books I have emailed them and let them know. That the sink is damaged. They sent me a follow-up email saying that there’s nothing that they can do they cannot give me a new sink or refund. Also before this same delivery I checked the items and they sent me two completely different things so they agreed that I could swap the items. But in doing so I had to track the careers driver down. Waste my money and time and petrol driving to a location where the delivery driver was as they don’t have great communication skills the delivery driver a rude to people at customer service our route very passive aggressive and clearly I don’t know how they run this business. How can you send somebody a broken sink i’m not give them a refund or exchange the sink. Guys please avoid this please absolutely terrible the quality of items that you will get it’s not even worth the money go to somewhere reliable with great customer service and great produce. And I also understand you as a customer I’m also going to look into this to see if I can take them to Small Claims Court.

"They stock poor quality toilets"
They stock poor quality toilets. We got a rimless one from them which is so poorly glazed that we keep getting recurring leaks, even with high quality compression fittings on the pan connector. The topside of the connector is rough and inflated while the underside appears to have an enamel ridge caused by drips which is near impossible to seal against. Avoid, customer service is poor and unapologetic.

Had a tray and cubicle delivered.
There was minor damage on tray. Trying to arrange exchange spending more money in the process ‘has been a nightmare’. Also attempting to overcharge for the exchange and further £30 delivery charge on top? This had delayed customers installation by days.‘Not happy’..!! Will not use this company again.

"Rimless closed closed couple toilet and cistern…"
I bought this rimless closed couple toilet and cistern in June, and since its been fitted, every time some one goes to do a number 2 or a poop, we have to use the toilet brush to clean the toilet bowl, now we have not used any kind of bleaches or strong detergents, I have been in touch with Royal bathrooms and they told me that they have never had this problem before in 6 years. and they said they are truly sorry,
Where does that leave me, with a toilet that has to be brushed almost every time some one has a number 2.
I adjusted the water flow and adjusted the water so the cistern had maximum water in for flushing, but to no avail.
Very very disappointed toilet user, would not recommend.

Ordered a shower unit from them and I was really impressed with the level of customer service from RBs... I didn't want it delivered straight away and asked for a delay of two weeks. They kept in contact and communication was outstanding. The delivery company they used were also very good. Even helped me lug a heavy item up the stairs... I was very impressed.

Very rude arrogant, customer service, one fellow always at customer service pick up the phone and answer disrespectfuly , quoting with all due respect.
Ordered Shower enclosure. Almost a week to tomorrow. No sign of delivery, nothing shows in tracking since 5 days.
When you call they say 2-7 working days.
5 working days already finished, no sign of dispatch.
Never buy from these morons. You will wait forever.
IF quality is not good, I will return, hope its reasonably good

"Very happy with the products and service"
Very happy with the products I ordered which arrived within a couple of days, and very happy with the customer service when a small problem was found with one of the items. Photos were sent, problem was acknowledged, and a replacement was sent out immediately! Thank you
