"BEWARE Sham company"

BEWARE! This is a sham company. Their products are not as described on their website. I recently bought a bath and a shower head. The shower head, supposedly stainless steel, had rust on it in days and split apart in three weeks. The bath, supposedly 6mm acrylic, is wafer thin and was cracked on arrival. We've tried to contact the company to claim under their ten year guarantee and been faced with rudeness, lies and the phone being put down. This company has a shiny website , with good looking photos, but do not buy, the products are cheap imitations, won't last, and your money is long gone once given to them

"They lost my order"

They lost my order which was a wc and refused to refund me. The item was lost in delivery which they blamed me for. I will never use this company again. They have no after sales service and are very untrustworthy and if your looking for peace of mind steer clear!!. I had to purchase my WC from a far more reputable company at extra costs.

Extremely unhelpful customer service! Phoned to find out the compatibility details of 2 of their products and was told that I have to speak to the plumber instead...

I got what I ordered in perfect condition.
I ordered a kitchen tap, which was on sale, on fri 5th of July. On Tues 9th July I called the number on their site as I had not yet recieved a confirmation email. The person I spoke was confused as to why I had not recieved a confirmation email and also notified me that the order had been delivered, when no one was at home.
I should’ve recieved a text prior to the delivery, but I didn’t.
When I got home the box was on my doorstep waiting for me, I’m so glad no one took it.
There might be issues with their order system so if you haven’t recieved your confirmation email, call them up and quote the order number. Otherwise all was good with this company.
