I would highly recommend CoverMy cab. Nice staff at the call centre and were very helpful. Good prices as well. I would recommend potential customers to have all your documents ready to send over to complete your application, i.e. driving license back and front, copy of your PH badge, copy of vehicle license from the council showing you can use your car as ph vehicle but other than this covermy cab are very good 😊

Great service. The Lady i spoke to seemed disappointed she could not get my insurance premium any cheaper,even though it was the cheapest.

The customer service needs to slow down and tell customers all the important fees ie : arrangement fee £100 non refundable and £75 cancel fee non refundable which they do not and also if you cancel after 14days you get nothing, you lose all your money. Their refund process is 1 week and that is when you are proactive and chase them for the refund otherwise it can take longer. It is a big but inexperienced company would not do business with them as they seem all good to start but have hidden terms which they don’t tell you and your either stuck or get extra charge. Be careful and search other better companies. Not a great experience at all.
