If you make a claim it will never be dealt with, and if someone made a claim against you they never challenge it or defend you.
They outsource all their services, if you make a claim, you call a company called Reserv, this company only take your claim, there’s another company process the claim called Accelerant Europe, and the insurance company called kinetiQ. So your claim will go through 4 companies and you will end up round and round in a cycle, because everyone will refer you to call the other.
They will tell you to challenge your claims by yourself.
